I've been at it for about six months now. I've purchased crypto, traded, and made withdrawals without any issues. (They had some hiccups with withdrawals in the past, so I had to wait a few days, but now it’s usually under 24 hours).

In 2022, PointPay revamped a lot of stuff on their platform and they’re still tweaking things. But honestly, you can use the service without any stress. Even if you hit a snag, the support team is there to assist, just like they did for me.

I signed up for the platform after a buddy sent me a referral link and suggested I give it a shot for trading and other stuff. I didn’t dive into trading, but the option to keep a bit of cash in crypto looked pretty solid. I considered moving it to a different wallet, but the chance to earn a percentage from my assets kept me around.

I haven’t faced any issues while using it, so I can definitely recommend PointPay as a method for holding funds at least. (though it’s a bummer they reduced the percentage because of the crypto winter)

I've been using the Pointpay platform for roughly a year and a half now. It's my go-to for keeping my crypto safe and making a bit of interest on the side. I put some money into their pxp token, which has dropped in value, but honestly, that's been the case for a lot of cryptos lately. I haven't run into any problems while using Pointpay, and I'd definitely suggest it to folks looking for a reliable option.

They’ve locked my account with all my funds in it. It’s been over a month with my account frozen, and many others are facing the same issue. Let folks know!!

UPDATE: I’ve reached out to support numerous times, provided the transaction hash, and they still haven’t released my account. I’m fully KYC VERIFIED... Quit scamming people!!

Do NOT give them your hard-earned cash. Some folks have lost up to 800k due to the shady actions of the PointPay team, which is reminiscent of FTX misusing customer funds. They refuse to provide any audits, block accounts, and are full of lies and deceit. They haven't even come close to achieving their key milestones.

They raised 50 million, but what’s the outcome? The staff keeps changing, and there’s no verification for anyone working there; plus, they don’t even have a real address, and they claim to be a bank! 😂

Just do a quick search on PointPay, and you’ll find plenty of evidence of their pyramid schemes from others who’ve been burned.

If you post anything truthful and negative about them, you’ll get banned from their social media. They’re truly malicious.

Please, steer clear of POINTPAY!!!

From the start, this company has made some solid progress. Pointpay had a rocky beginning, but many issues have been tackled since the new CEO took over. In my experience, the customer service team is friendly and effective. Sure, some support requests can take a while to get sorted out, and that’s definitely an area for growth (but it’s not because they lack support; it’s more about ongoing changes and lingering issues that still need fixing). Pointpay might not be the top project out there, but it’s definitely not a scam. Over the past few months, the team has been putting out daily and weekly updates, plus monthly AMAs with the CEO. They’re genuinely focused on enhancing the product and keeping the lines of communication open with their users. I reckon it’s unfair to label it a scam, as that’s just not the case and it harms the current users and investors. As always, do your own research.

I was struggling with the different stages of KYC. I contacted support, and they handled everything perfectly. Awesome project and an amazing team!
